These Terms and Conditions govern your use of onepieceplug.com and any purchase made from One Piece Plug, operated by The One Piece Plug Inc.  ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**1. Eligibility and accounts**
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase from this site. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

**2. Products and availability**
We sell trading card game products and related accessories. All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or an order breaches posted purchase limits. Where an order is cancelled by us, your sole remedy is a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled items.

**3. Pricing and errors**
We work to keep our pricing accurate and competitive. Prices are shown in CAD or USD and may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be mispriced or described in error. Where a product's correct price is different from the price shown, we may, at our discretion, contact you before shipping for instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund. Placing an order does not guarantee a sale at an erroneous price.

**4. Pre-orders**
Pre-order prices and release dates are estimates based on manufacturer information and may change. Charging, allocation, and shipping of pre-orders are handled as set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for manufacturer delays, changes to product contents, or discontinuation.

**5. Payment**
Payment is taken through our checkout provider `[e.g. Shopify Payments / AMEX / Apple Pay at the time of order unless a pre-order arrangement states otherwise. By submitting payment details, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

**6. Shipping, returns and refunds**
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms and are incorporated by reference.

**7. Intellectual property and trademarks**
One Piece Plug is an independent retailer. "One Piece", the One Piece Card Game, and all related names, logos, and card artwork are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners, including Bandai and the original rights holders. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai or any manufacturer. Product names and images are used only to identify the genuine products we sell. All site content we create (layout, text, and branding for One Piece Plug) remains our property and may not be copied without permission.

**8. Acceptable use**
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to purchase with the intent to defraud (including chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims of non-delivery).

**9. Limitation of liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Piece Plug is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

**10. Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario,Canada, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

**11. Changes to these terms**
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
